Information and purposes
We collect contact details, company information and the message you submit to respond to enquiries and arrange consultations. For published vacancies, we collect application details and a PDF résumé to evaluate your application and communicate with you. Do not include identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Supabase provides database, authentication and private file storage; Resend provides transactional email. We use providers to process information for these purposes. Processing may occur outside Singapore, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics load only if you accept optional analytics. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences. Essential authentication cookies are used for administration.
Retention and protection
We restrict staff access by role and use private storage for applications. We retain personal information while reasonably needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You may request information about retention or ask for deletion at corporate@okeisho.com.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of personal data, or withdraw consent by email. Withdrawal may prevent us from responding to a request or continuing an application. We will assess and respond to requests under applicable Singapore law.
